Haider Ali made 64(32) today in ongoing Ramadan tournament against HB LAL while playing for ESHAAL ASSOCIATES.
We have better options then him, sorry!
We have Ifthi chachu, Usman Khan etc
At number 7 there is nothing to lose.I think he only had two good half innings in the PSL, still more failures than successes. Not sure he's worth risking in a world cup.
Wasim and Jamal are allrounders. Tad bit illogical to compare them with Haider. Jamal and Wasim are primarily for their bowling, batting is secondary. Haider is not a slog hitter, he is middle order bat. The reason he failed is because he was boxed into a slogger role wrongly. At number 7 there is nothing to lose.
He has the ability to hit a long ball.
Much rather he play than wasim jnr or jamal, who both leak 40 runs on average and definitely won't make anything close to 40 runs.
You need to read the part about their bowling capabilities.Wasim and Jamal are allrounders. Tad bit illogical to compare them with Haider. Jamal and Wasim are primarily for their bowling, batting is secondary. Haider is not a slog hitter, he is middle order bat. The reason he failed is because he was boxed into a slogger role wrongly.
You can replace him since you are so desperate.Come bro! And replace Fake Chacha
Sure no problem! Not so desperate trying to save your time. You can replace him since you are so desperate.

The time you waste on talking about iftikhar , would have been enough for you to become a professional cricketer. I know as bad as iftikhar is, he's still by far the best option as a hitter you won't agree .Sure no problem! Not so desperate trying to save your time.
Here you go:Number 7 will most likely be Shadab or Imad Wasim as we will most likely go with 3 fast bowlers and 2 spinners.
Were is the stats to say they leak 40 on average or you guessing.
I have seen Wasim Jnr stats in t20s in internationals and its less than what you stated ?Here you go:
Scroll down to the economy rates of both of them and check stats.
If they are getting trashed in the PSL - what do you think will happen to them in internationals?
Far better batsmen at hitting than in the PSL.
Shadab should be higher up at no. 5 and Imad can bat at 8.
Here you go with his PSL stats. The guy got tonked around like a nobody and his intl. stats is not great either.I have seen Wasim Jnr stats in t20s in internationals and its less than what you stated ?
No shadab should not be batting above 6 he is thier as a bowling all rounder.

Shadab is good enough to bat at 5 and that is where he should be batting, he was successful with IU at 3 and 4.
Who else is going to bat 5?
Because he has played majority of his games against BD and WI? Around 45% were against them. But u said what do you think will happen to them in international wasim Jnr stats in t20s isn't that bad so your narrative of bring so poor in psl doesn't mean that he will be poor in internationals. He isn't that bad for pakistan.
He was successful with IU becouse their line up is packed with explosive batters so he can go from ball one.
So he batted at 3/4 for Islamabad United but you want him batting at 5 for pakistan why not bat him at 3/4 internationals.
So basically it's Wasim Jnr fault that he played against weaker teams.Because he has played majority of his games against BD and WI? Around 45% were against them.
Shadab isn't better than Saim, Rizwan, Babar and Zaman.
Is he more productive than Ifti, Azam Khan, Haider Ali etc? Yes!
It shows his level that he played against mainly BD and WI, but still has an economy of 8 and got trashed in the PSL.So basically it's Wasim Jnr fault that he played against weaker teams.
Agha Salman is a better batter than Shadab.
It shows his level that he played against mainly BD and WI, but still has an economy of 8 and got trashed in the PSL.
Salman will not bowl as much, so I'd rather have Shadab for his A/R ability and allowing another batsman to be slotted at 7.
Salman and Shadab are definitely not going to slog like Ifti, Azam or Haider at 6 and 7.
Well done to him for doing well against BD, just what Pak needs.Wasim Jnr only has economy of more than 9 against West Indies and England I think you need to go look at the stats again.
Well done to him for doing well against BD, just what Pak needs.
He gets hammered in the PSL, but he did well against BD and should be in the team.
What a joke!
He got clobbered against Eng and WI.Who said he only did well against BD.
He is good enough only for this sort of low level cricket.Haider Ali made 64(32) today in ongoing Ramadan tournament against HB LAL while playing for ESHAAL ASSOCIATES.

Not true.Jamal had more success with the bat than Haider. Not sure you can justify playing a specialist batsman at no 7 in a 20 over game. Especially one who has mostly failed even in the recent PSL competition.
Not true.
Jamal had one big score of 80 and not once did he pass 20 runs, aside from that Knock.
Haider at 7 works especially for a team like Pak, where batting is always collapsing.
IU did the same with a deep batting and they won the PSL.
He hit two 20+ scores, but played 2 innings less than Jamal. What were Haider Ali's scores in comparison?
I'd try him in the NZ series and England series and then decide. The whole thread is derailed here as well. Haider ali thread it is, but shadab, wasim and imad have been the topic of discussion here.
Time to get back to the topic and talk about this hyped again haider ali because he played 1 50+ knock in PSL. Anyone who think he should be in the team?
H
He hit two 20+ scores, but played 2 innings less than Jamal.
Jamal did nothing in NZ.So not a lot to choose from them as batsmen, even though Haider is a specialist batsman and Jamal is an all rounder. I agree Jamal isn't a bowler to write home about, but he has produced some good performances in recent internationals in Australia and NZ. So another factor to consider is he won't melt under big game pressure which Haider has done historically. These aren't small considerations when thinking about a world cup competition.
Jamal did nothing in NZ.
Also, he did well in Aus in TESTS.
Biggest problem in the Pakistani circle is mixing formats and thinking they will do well in all.
Haider definitely is the better batsman in T20's especially for slogging.
I good inning in PSL actually changed his luck.*Haider Ali goes to Dambulla! in LPL auction 2024
Pakistan batter Haider Ali starts at US$ 20,000.
I think he needs more time out of the limelight to recover after a very poor few years.Out of Haider, Azam and Iftikhar - this guy is most likely to score consistently and finish well.
Really wanted him in the squad.
Before he was playing up and down the order, but he looked comfortable in the PSL coming in at 6 or 7 and playing as a finisher.I think he needs more time out of the limelight to recover after a very poor few years.
