I think Hafeez has proven that dropping him from the Asia Cup was a mistake and he could have made a positive difference with his inclusion. Every time Hafeez gets dropped, Pakistan has ended up feeling his absence.
He is no world beater but he is a much better player than given credit for. I personally would not want him to be forced out just like that for the sake of it, if Misbah can play till 42-43, why can't Hafeez if he is performing, if he is fully fit?
