Mohammad Rizwan shared following thoughts in post match presser today, after facing 7th consecutive loss in PSL 11:
## **On Personal Performance and Responsibility**
* "First and foremost, my own performance wasn't up to the mark, and the team's results reflect that. Had I performed better from the front, the outcome for the team would have been different."
* "I am not offering excuses, but I recognize that I fell short in certain areas, which ultimately led to these results."
* "We are only human. I admitted to myself from the start that I made mistakes and my performance suffered. However, that doesn't mean I will give up or quit; I will remain strong and keep going."
* "I stand before you and openly admit that this is my failure, just as my current form is a personal failure."
## **On Batting Position and Team Roles**
* "While I have always had a preferred batting number, I have never complained or reacted negatively if I was asked to move down the order. I have never made demands of that nature."
* "I am willing to do whatever the team requires of me. Whether they ask for a specific role or I suggest one myself, I am always ready to adapt for the benefit of the side."
* "I handed over the gloves to Rohail Nazir [Razaula] because he is a youngster; I felt it was important to support him and be out there with him on the field."
## **On T20 Retirement and Passion for Cricket**
"If you feel that at this age, or for any other reason, I should take retirement, I will take it. But my love for the game isn't something I walk away from just because of a string of poor performances. If I am not performing, I have the courage to tell the captain to give someone else a chance, which I have done in the past, but I will not quit the game itself."
