What Tendulkar is today is only because of his hardwork and dedication.

Well Shahid Afridi has admitted one time in an interview. That most Pakistani players lessen there age by 4 years from there original. Therefore it would not suprise me if Ahmad Shezad is 26.

They do the wrist tests which are very very accurate with an error margin of only 3-4 months.That is why you can't fake your age at the U19 level.

Talent is not everything there are many others factors you have to take into account ,shezad is talented but i am not sure shezad is more talented than sachin(playing innings like him at 16 require lot of talent),even umar is more talented than shezad,many of his shots come naturally and he plays them with ease,the most talent batsmen for me is abd(even more than tendulkar).
By the way i think kohli and shezad are the 2 batsmen actually who have the more chances to break sachin records,they come early have lot of time available at the crease,have very good temperament and have great hunger for big innings(kohli for the moment is better,mainly against spin and shezad has some flaws in his batting).

So Far Shehzad has done well for Pakistan, hopefully he will do even better in the future because he has the potential to be an outstanding Batsman, one of the few Pakistani Batsman that have an very good defense and a wide array of attacking strokes as well.

I thought talent was a constant and what you do with it changes depending on a number of factors. But apparently talent is fluid according to Razzaq. What made Tendulkar great was his mental strength. Being able to go into enemy territory (pitch), keep calm, be brave, and lead your team to a victory. This isn't Shehzad. Shehzad has the tendency to panic, to worry, and let fear consume him. He has the inability to rotate the strike, which in turn adds pressure on him and his partnering batsman. Probably the reason he got out at 47 because he was suffocating under the pressure he created for himself. He is extremely talented, but Tendulkar's level? Don't think so mate.

You know talent when you see it. Guys like ABDV and Aamir were genuinely talented and you could see it from the very beginning. Shehzad had been mediocre, and will remain so, as far as I'm considered. The guy lacks the ability to rotate the strike, which is one of the most basic fundamental rule of batting.

But what I don't understand is how someone like Razzaq who has played international cricket for such a long time can come up with something like that? Did he really believe it when he said it? If so, he is seriously having problems with delusion.
