Different people have different personalities eg there introverts,extroverts,laidback,calm,bad tempered etc.Sarfraz may be one of those who lose their calm and get agitated easily.If that is the case then there is nothing Afridi can do.It is a personality trait which can not be changed.

I think it could be a smart move by QG having Shahid Afridi there to support Sarfaraz in the field.

At times Sarfaraz has lost the plot and that has affected the team's performance at key moments.

With Afridi there, Sarfaraz will have someone to probably lean on and seek advice from and that should in theory help him and relieve some of the pressure on him.
