Today, Indians are even watching Football matches of foreign leagues which involve no Indian players or any Indian connection, millions watched the FIFA World Cup 2014 ( was India participating in the tournament ? ). CSA is a more professional board than PCB, so I am not surprised that they have not come out to the media with their concerns about MOUs not being upheld. If they can do it with the PCB, why not with CSA? BCCI has shown the last few years it is only concerned with flexing its financial muscles, and does not care to honour any agreements it has made.

The fact that CSA and the rest of the cricket boards have abandoned the BCCI is clear proof of this. If the BCCI has honoured all agreements and treated them so well, why would they abandon them at this crucial juncture? Why did they side with the BCCI when the Big 3 model was proposed? They were set to lose money with the Big 3 model compared to the previous model. They agreed because the BCCI bribed them with tours/MOUs. Why was the BCCI not able to convince them this time? It is because they have lost all credibility and trust by dishonouring agreements.

PS:The BCCI CoA and Manohar had agreed to a figure of around 445mn for BCCI.The BCCI rep was told to accept that figure in ICC meetings.He even asked ICC for that sum.But he was told that he will only get 390mn.

I think you are overestimating the ramifications of BCCI breaking the covenant. If it's in law, even ICC can't anything about it other than indirect threats.

To me, this sounds like a messed up deal BCCI got. If you saw the break down on how BCCI makes their income, majority comes from Media right and no other country is able to generate that much from the media right. If they want to cut funds, they should collectively do it from all the boards, not just stick to BCCI. ECB got a small 16% cut. Can you believe this? Where as BCCI is getting a more than 30% if my math was correct.
