Azhar Ali is a disaster. Imagine sharjeel and fakhar opening.

Need to kick out hafeez, imad, azhar for any future hope.

This is pathetic to watch. I dont even care if pak wins or lose. Its just been a painful display of batting, and to be honest, it is better that we dont qualify so heads can roll against hafeez and azhar..

PAK matches are distorting average figures for any given ground - Birmingham, now Cardiff - teams will get confused what is a per score ............

We are playing even worse than 90s. Our 90s batting team was better than this. No wonder we are loosing to Sri Lanka

What has babar done against any top team in a pressure situation? ? He is a big flop in tests and a big flop in every important match...he is as pathetic as hafeez, wahab and more pathetic than azhar ali

enough of the talents please... all the teams have studied his bowling already and he is a dud with the bat too..

hafeez of the modern era in the making...shouldnt give a chance for another one like hafeez
 
They are poor in EVERY asset.

When SL were on 160 odd, you could tell the team just became relaxed, typical mentality. As for the batting, they're ALL pathetic. How can people applaud Zaman too, when's you're set on 50, go flipping score a 100! Play a flipping gutsy innings! It's as if once again, he became relaxed thinking he's done his job of getting a 50. And as for the rest of the batting, atrocious. I kid you not I reckon I'm a better batsman than hafeez, imad and azhar.

To hell with Malik - 18 years of investment but still a bloody choker in pressure situations and has maintained his garbage record in England.

He'll lord it over Prosper Utseya and Elton Chigumbura in front of two men and their dogs in Harare but he'll bottle it when it counts.

Imad is a fraud. Darter who batsmen will work out after a few matches and a nothing batsman.
 
Pakistani fans like to call Bangladeshi fans the worst, or so I have observed. In any case, looking at the reaction at this forum, we definitely take the prize of being the worst fans. Yes we have a couple of passengers in the team, but everyone else is in this team on merit. Malik, a fraud? :facepalm: Imad? He just needs time. Have some faith guys. At the end of the day, this is just a game.
 
167-7... Same was the score of Lankans. These two needs to stay at the wicket and everything should be fine for Pakistan

It's basically a Test match and both Hasan Ali and Amir can bat.

Sarfraz can still knock off the 70 runs with a bit of help.

Just a 30 run partnership and SL will panic.

It's been a sickening Pak special collapse though.

By some miracle, if Mickey is given a squad of 25 players on 1st July 2017, with average official age of 23 - 25, in 2 years time, PAK'll make 2019 SF at least - with one condition, a bowler has to be Captain. Today, Sarfraz allowed Lakmal of all people to drag SRL from 161/7 to 236 ...............

We can't bet on this because that'll never happen before Roz Qyamat, rather Mickey will be sacked & Moin'll take charge.

He has scored against the mighty west indies and is more talented than kohli. You are commiting blasphemy here.
 
Babar Azam is the sort of player whose good scores will haunt Pakistan for decades in the same vein as Hafeez. Kick him out while there's still time.

Which heroes do we have in domestic cricket

We also have to maintain a sense of realism

For people off the team sheet should be Hafeez, Riaz and Azhar.

Then we can move to malik and Imad.

Shadabs batting needs to develop for him to effectively replace Imad

Haris needs to have a big domestic season to he considered for malik replacement
