Why does Sarfraz not bat up the order? The continuous selection of Hafeez and Azhar is holding this team back from taking the next step. I hope they pull it out from here, but still a lot of runs when it comes to Pak batting.
 
Matthews should bring Malinga on. He has the ability to clean up the tail. If We negotiate his three overs without giving him a wicket, we will get through.
 
Sarfraz needs to get his single. If we get 3-5 RPO against the pace then the spinners can be milked for singles.

At least our captain is showing fight unlike three "seniors" in Hafeez, Malik and Shehzad who have 41 years of international experience combined.

Still no mention of Azhar.
 
Sarfraz has to trust Amir, playing a little cameo in such crunch situation will make him a better batsman ultimately helping PCT.
 
Like i said nothing to worry about. SL never get the job done against Pakistan . One fluke win over India doesn't make them any good. Congrats brothers!

Give Malik some credit. He misexecuted a shot that was totally on. He's been good thus far.

Hafeez has lost all game. He is playing selfishly and badly and has to be dropped.

Azhar, Hafeez, Malik and Shehzad can't lace Sarfraz's boots as an ODI batsman.

This guy Sarfraz has been messed around god knows how many times in terms of batting position, in and out of the team, rejected in favour of all three Akmals yet still shows more guts than free riders Hafeez and Malik who have combined 33 years of international experience.

I don't want to argue with you over this because either you don't understand why I'm defending him or refuse to because of your irrational hate for him. We were 74 in 11 (meaning the opening partnership did its bit) and needed 150 in 38 overs. I do not see how Azhar lost us the match today. Also I don't agree with his inclusion in the team which I've wrote a number of times, but given the team we've selected he is the best option.
 
Play out dots - at least no singles.

Amir will get one from Malinga on toe, swinging back in air.

Sarfraz has done it tests a couple of times too and it's really frustrating. Got lucky here.

Could have been run out a few times... not the best to have in pressure situations.

You think people give two hoots about the circumstances in which he was batting today? Fans need to stop making excuses for their favourite players. I dont care if hes trying, I want results as a fan. Its humiliating now having this guy open for an international LOI team. Worthless player.
 
I thought we are the Champions of bolting in field - still has lot to learn from big brother (s)
