Yep, it was pretty pathetic, especially the lack of intent in the middle overs. I think he put a comeback hundred over the teams cause. More telling was the fact that he had 63 dot balls, that's over 10 overs wasted! Other teams will make India pay dearly for this. Contrast this to Dhawan who had 26 dots in his 65 ball innings. Rohit really needs to pull up his socks here...
 
Except for that Jadeja runout, India haven't been the brightest in the field. Yet we failed to capitalize. What a bunch of losers
 
Rubbish! This team lacks commitment. You don't drop dollies like that. Seriously some poor attitude beong shown by the Indian team.
 
I want Pakistan to do better in next two matches now. At least make till semis... Come back strong guys so that we can have real match again...
 
It feels as if Pakistan's problems against India are as much mental as they are related to lack of talent. Every match we play against India, we invariably fail to get our game up at the crucial turning points. Perhaps its because the Indian team is a lot better than ours but perhaps it also has a lot to do with a lack of belief. Most of the senior players seem to be intimidated by the opposition and our poor record against them. And this will not change as long as we have Mickey and Inzamam in the driving seat and players like Hafeez and Wahab in the playing eleven. Also Sarafaz despite being a fighter is not captaincy material. He is too excitable, tense and averse to risks to be capable of delivering with the mediocre talent that we have.

Absolutely none here either. We'll get to the semis and one of ENG/OZ or even Enzed will smash us. Need to revamp the team for the next world Cup anyway. too many oldies and non performers.

rubbish..we lack talent and skills..end of..sick of hearing this mental thing bakwaas..good skills and confidence automatically benefit mental toughness..we just dont have the ability in the team..

why send them in to bat? also relying and hoping useless players like wahab will suddenly come good is ridiculous..
 
Waqar was a better coach than Arthur. He at least showed more intent to change Pakistani attitude.

its not surprising we are playing guys like hafeez and malik. imagine that dressing room where these guys are the role models to follow
 
one of the poorest fielding performance in recent times, hope they sort it out. It's a pity Pak could not make the most out of those glitches, could have made the chase interesting.
 
I swear these commentators have no knowledge outside of the IPL Warne just said that Malinga is still a good bowler.
 
Its good that we only play in ICC tournaments, otherwise it would get boring seeing the quality of this Pakistan team.

I don't think Pakistan and India will have a 'real match' for atleast the next 10 years.

Utterly selfish innings. Just playing for his hundred and not the team. A past it Yuvi batted much better and with intent. He needs a proper dressing down by Kumble .

Pakistan in Champ trophy is leading 2-1 so the record thing doesn't hold.

oh please what is wrong with you lot? you can beat all of those teams..this is a good good indian side..if you dont win I would be dissapointed..this is probably the best bunch of indians ive ever seen play and that includes the sehwag and tendu sides..we gave them a good fight and beat them many a time..but these new guys are good players who seem to have cast of the typical amatuerish subcontinental way of doing things..
 
Boring match ...rain delays, Pak bowlers chickened out in death overs, pathetic batting by Pak batters. Had lot of expectation for this match, turning out to be 'No Contest'!
 
A match to forget for India, in terms of ground fielding and catching.

Jadhav catches an easy one, there.

SA are gonna butcher us with this level of fielding. And they are known to butcher our bowling better than any other team .. Kumble really needs to have sme strong words with the squad.. kohli's boys or not they need to learn discipline..
 
arthur is a fraud. Saffer cant instill aggression in this team. his SA team was always safety first, difference is he had Smith Kallis Amla AB Steyn Philander to cover for his flaws
 
Pakistan should be embarrassed by the fact that Indians are no even celebrating anymore with each pathetic wicket
 
indian players arent even celebrating. its just a formality for them to embarrass us now like they are playing a minnow.

Under Waqar we received Banglawash for first time ever, played 4 seamers on a raging turner in Kolkata in last year's WT20 where we crashed out of group stage, shelled an ODI to Zimbabwe, whitewashed against Australia, and lost further ODI series to England, NZ (twice) and Sri Lanka in 2014 whilst slumping to 9th in the rankings.

Because i don't think we are playing our best eleven and we really don't need selfish openers striking at 70 in this era. Also our fielding/catching was extremely poor. Give such chances to OZ or england and you'll rue that chance forever.
 
Yadav is much better than Amir.

The former gets wickets, the latter lives on hype.

Yeah -- 4 hour fielding drill tomorrow morning and no breakfast. Quite pathetic, frankly.

Lol, good decision this was the worst performance by Pak have seen against India since 1990's,and our fielding has been a joke today,he would had probably got bad impression about Indian team as well.
