It's not. Cricket is almost dead in Pakistan. Those growing up in Pakistan would remember streets, grounds always filled up with young guys sweating away. The younger generation is all too busy hooked up on their iPads and what not. You will not find those same grounds busy in this day. Talent has dried up. We can keep blaming selections, squads etc but this mores or less is best we have to offer. Hockey went down in almost 2 decades, cricket much sooner.

Yep. 1999 was the last time we saw a lot of youth from Pakistan for the last time Azhar,Razzaq,Afridi,Saqi,Akhtar,Moyo. For all his faults i think Wasim as captain backed youth when oldies were not performing.
