If no rain later, I agree with the decision. As the time passes, ground conditions will be drier and easier to spin. Use moisture early for batting benefits, probable fielding trouble, and gripping the ball.

Abrar is very effective against SENA teams and he is definitely better spinner than Shadab. Only one of Nawax or Shadab should have played. Shadab being accomodated at expense of better spinner than him
