The biggest reason for our wc disaster is our slow batting. None of our batsmen seem to be able to even hit run a ball whereas other teams are smoking at 120-130 sr.

Just look at makram's innings. Even when in some pressure, being the holding glue in this chase his sr never went below 100. It it was our last man standing, he prolly be on a 58(82) kind of score and rrr would have already climbed above 6.

Alarm Bells in the PCB should have run when we lost our home series to Australia, England and NZ. Unfortunately the PCB were drunk on the team's showings in the 2021 and 2022 T20 WC. Performances in the T-20 format going forward should be given minimal ratings, that will be a good start towards improving our cricket.
