It's only due to lack of experience in the team I think that perhaps it seems too low.

I think Morgan's better down the order, he's a good finisher. Better get someone experience in, and play Morgan at five or six.

Morgan is one of the best T20 batsmen around but he isn't really a finisher. He can make big innings' and needs time to get himself in before he can launch it around. That's why he is suited more to being a number 3 than a number 5.
