"We have developed a system where all coaches need to submit a report to me about all top performers which includes feedback on those players as well"

My concept of an all-rounder is one who makes his spot in the team on the basis of one aspect. He should make the team on his batting or bowling and the other facet is an extra advantage. Wahab Riaz has this advantage, he can come into the team as a bowler and he can make 15-20 runs in crucial situations. So these players will need to be better in at least any one department. We are working on them and let's see what happens"
