To be honest- none. Have to leave this crazy world. Did not like the people who populated this planet. Given a choice, I would choose 10-20 I discovered a lot of strange things during this period :jk

less than 10 is childhood when you don't have a care in the world

10-20 is when you start to develop and discover many new feelings and experiences, you can eat whatever you want, commit stupid mistakes, have parties in college, uni etc

20-30 is when you're still relatively stupid and naïve but pure at heart, you continue uni and then you start learning about the ways of the real world when get your first job and take on responsibilities, also you're at the peak of your physicality and looks

30-40 You're starting to mature, you probably have a wife/husband and children now and are probably starting to lose your looks

40-50 You're mature enough now and have almost given up on all your hopes and dreams and just go through the monotony of daily life

50-70 Your children have probably left the house and it's just you and your spouse (if you're still together), not many people care about you anymore and you probably find other things to do to fill in the spare time.

For me it would probably be less than 10 or 30-40

40-50 is the age which can be the happiest time of your life or can be the worst.

Work hard, very hard in your earlier time and you can have a very happy time at 40-50 years of age and after.

One extremely important fact, which people ignore while working hard in their profession and making money, work hard on your physical fitness.

There are many factors which can make you successful and happy in your 40s, including money, marriage, children, professional success but I think physical fitness is the most important and frequently ignored matter , particularly among Pakistanis.

100% agree. Going through it myself. In my early 40 and this past year working remotely has taken a toll especially when you have minimal outlets of physical activity. Life was quiet sedentary and most of my physical activity revolved around kids activities. With COVID all those got cancelled. Now Weight gain, back issues, eyesight degradation ....

I think you mean 50-70 as I mentioned in my post, you have more time and lesser responsibilities. People nowadays are quite fit at 50, especially in the West but yeah not so much among Desis, probably due to the diet and lifestyle.

27.... with the experience of 30s and not the worry of 20s to make a career.

No I meant 40-50 years, most of the people are settled in their profession life by then , with family and still physically fit ( depends ) . This is the time when most people work longest hours and many forget the importance of exercise and fitness and pay the price later in the life.

What I meant was you mean 50-70. As you mentioned people are working their longest hours and are in the peak of their professional careers so I don't know with all the family commitments etc how it would be th best times of their lives. Or are you saying this is the worst time?

The OP I quoted mentioned both the best or worst time so I don't know which one you are referring to.
