To be honest that isn't a great example. Dhoni captains India in all 3 formats and his IPL team, has played so much cricket this year (hasn't missed a single match) and has just come off a test and t20 series with England and Pakistan. And also Jamshed is only 23 whereas Dhoni is a lot older (32 I believe)
