TBH its not a new thing for world and Subcontinent that Pakistan and India has always shared bitter relationship since independence despite being neighbour countries.
The two countries fought three major wars (1965,1971,1999) and border face off has been a normal thing for both.even though both countries has became nuclear power in 1998 and that added much threat for the global peace.
Indo-Pak has signed many agreement i.e. Indus basin treaty, Geneva convention, UN security council agreement but nothing worked to bring us closer.
Due to this the two nations are spending lion-share on Defence like in recent budget approx $1500Billion specified for defence and only $4billion for education. despite being poor and educate less countries they dont care about health, education and poverty all they care is buying weapons and increasing wealth power of China, USA and Russia who are already developed.
So what's your take on this?
Is war important than Education?
Is Ego Bigger than global peace?
Cant we spend such amount on education and not defence?
Which is important, Security or education/health?
