Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said, the “law is above everyone, and no one can escape its shackles”, and so placement of former Finance Minister Ishaq Dar’s on Exit Control List (ECL) is being legally reviewed by the government.

Addressing the media in Islamabad, Iqbal said that the opposition has been constantly abusing the government, and that multiple entities are being formed against the current government as well. “There is Pakistan Muslim League–Nawaz (PML-N) on one side, and the opposition on the other,” he said.

“There are only five months left for this government to complete its term, whoever is busy forming opposition alliances can wait until it’s over,” he added jibing at opposition parties.

“Placing Ishaq Dar’s name on the ECL is under legal review currently, but instead of humiliating him, we should be giving him a medal. The whole world appreciates his work and contribution,” Iqbal added.

The minister also added that since the 1990s, the government has been collapsing after every two years. “India adopted our policies and embarked on a journey to success and progress,” Iqbal said. “It has been said that by 2030, Pakistan will return to the stone ages, instead by 2030, we should be a strong democracy,” he added.

“Pakistan is not drowning, it is heading towards stability and progress,” he added.

He also stated that those who ruined peace in Karachi will be punished. “We will not let anyone destroy Karachi’s peace now,” he said. Hammad Siddiqui, who is responsible for the Baldiya Town incident will be bought to Pakistan after legal requirements have been fulfilled for exchange of offender.

Nooras disappear quicker than a ghost when they have to defend criminals like NS and Dar.

They will right whole essays in support of NS and then when you call them Nooras they'll be like "I don't even support NS"

Medal for what? With the exception of the China FTA (and, arguably, the power crisis), nothing has damaged Pakistan's exports, and manufacturing in general, than this visionary's exchange rate policies, a purely political move that a first year econ student knows would backfire hard at some point.

On another thread you spent hours defending Asma Jehangir, did you see the SC comments on her duplicity and corruptness when she took the case against Punjab govt but refused to even half heartedly fight the case.

No, nor do I have the patience to so a brief summary would be appreciated. Not really keeping up with politics except the economy. I am well and truly done. Anyhow, I maintain my stance that if she's guilty of something, charge her for it and penalize her accordingly. That takes nothing away from her criticism of the army which is generally on point and there's a reason that none of it has convincingly been refuted, her detractors resorting instead to personal attacks and unfounded allegations of her somehow being an Indian agent (not surprisingly, most people critical of the army are accused of that and, more recently, blasphemy).

This thread is not about that so unless you have something useful to add on the subject of whether or not the great sage that is Ishaq Dar deserves a medal or not, I have nothing further to say to you.

The reason i brought it up here was because you avoided my question on corruption and duplicity on another thread. If you dont trust me go look on YouTube about the damning comments made by the SC on her failure to honestly fight the case.

I do trust you, summarize it. I meant it when I said I no longer have the patience for this nonsense. I haven't posted here since October so I don't know which other thread you're referring to but to the best of my recollection, there were no unanswered questions. If you chose not to consider answers you don't like to be legitimate answers, that's another matter but then in that case, I'm really not interested in your asinine questions so I have nothing to say regardless. With that out of the way, I reiterate, unless you have something to say on topic, I have nothing further to say to you.

Why this Ahsan Iqbal always act like Aristotle? His statements and tweets always backfire. His recent tweets showed his wisdom :))
