If one were to go by what PPP claim and put on social media, Tharparkar is now a model district for the rest of Pakistan with clean water due to water filtration plants, education, etc.

However, it is quite clear who's telling the truth when we look at the fact that Tharparkar has one of the lowest Human Development Index in Pakistan.
