Well, he was part-time keeper and I am not sure if the sim allows for that and if there are skill levels for wicket-keeping skills, because for sure he should not have the same wicket-keeping skills as that of Dhoni or other proper keepers.

Sim doesn't have WK points. I think it treats all WK as equal.
Its takes data from fielding skills.
Data fields for fielders
Skill , Reflexes , Running Speed and Throwing Strength

I don't think it is unfair to anyone . Dravid did kept wixkets for india in ODIs and our tours also include Odis
