Teams that MI could catch up are losing.
 
Ishan KIshan started well this IPL and suddenly fell off the race.

Pant and Samson have overshadowed him easily. He needs a strong finish to be in the reckoning for the keeping job in the future.
 
Future of Indian fast bowling department looks very promising. First Mavi, Nagarkoti, Avesh etc. Now this Prasidh Krishna guy. Consistantly hitting 140k+ plus good swing. He is tall.

Selectors have to bring these guys into picture asap instead of Tried and tested duds.

Samson has also faded away.

He is playing the anchor role and stopping a collapse here.

Shows he should be playing in the middle order. His footwork is not suited for an opening batsman. Yes he had lot of success, but against left arm seamers, he is a walking wicket in the first 5 overs.

You need this kind of batting in T20's. Not striking at 110-120 after playing 30 balls.

Your man MSD can only dream of striking like this. None of the shots are hackish. He outsmarted Kuldeep which is not easy to do.
 
Ishan overshadowing Talent Sharma is already big achievement of his carrier.
 
Brilliant from Ishan Kishan. What a hitting talent.

I was hoping he would blast a century in 40 balls.

Buhaha! Looks like you started watching cricket recently? Dude! Go check out history and see how Dhoni has destroyed world's best bowlers when he was in prime. Don't bring up Dhoni in every irrelevant topic like a loser.

That was 3 years ago and not outside SC.

Key word is, when he was in his prime. He is not in his prime anymore. He is past it almost 4 years ago. These days he can only show flashes of his former glory which is not enough to warrant a place in Indian T20 side.

Such a selfish guy MSD is. He kicked out all seniors when he was the skipper. But when it comes to his turn, he refuses to let his spot go.

If MSD has any shame, he should stick to ODI's where there is still some utility of him. T20 keeping should be given to Pant/Ishan/Samson.

Here comes another Dhoni basher. Looks like Dhoni is giving you haters sleepless nights of late. Lot of Butt hurt folks here bringing up Dhoni for every damn irrelevant thread and post.

If You think I am a hater, then you are wrong. You have to call a spade a spade.

There are better keeper batsmen than MSD in India and you can clearly see it in IPL. Youngsters should be given a chance who are clearly outperforming MSD who is on his last legs.

I have no problem with MSD playing ODI's. He is still the best keeper in India and very reliable behind the stumps. But in T20's, MSD has no utility. He is too slow most of the times for this format. Hence I call him selfish.
 
Rohit struggling alot these. Deserves to be dropped from indian xi.
 
Kartik again made captaincy blunder why bowl chawla when you have curran and russell's overs left.
 
Kolkata need at least two players to score big here , in the range of 50 - 60 runs each
 
kkr should rest lynn for couple of matches and give Delport a chance from next matches.
 
Mumbai having best run rate will help alot for qualifying in playoffs.
 
Happy that KKR failed badly.. don't like DK attitude.. He acts like he's King Viv.
