Over the last 36 hours, Iranian forces have carried out 5 likely successful attacks on commercial vessels across the Persian Gulf.

At least 3 vessels have been heavily damaged, with another 3 suffering minor damage. Notably, some of the attacks were carried out by drone boats

India has leveraged Lavan refuge at Kochi of Iranian sailors for our ships to be allowed passage through Hormuz. However we must relay our concerns for Indian sailors on other ships as well to IRGC.

@CricLegend yo asked me what will india do. .here is the answer.

Next step will be interesting to see who has won or not.

If Arab states realise that the Americans can't really protect them and start to pull away, things could get interesting.

If however they double down and ask for more assistance then Iran is even more isolated than it was before.

I don't think Iran has yet been able to drive a wedge in the relationship. The Arabs are too servile. They should openly ask for it now, remove bases/ stop relationd with Israel, and we will stop attacking you. Really just to see how the idea is received and if there is any change in Arab public opinion.
I think what you're suggesting is virtually impossible. The Arab states are far, far more suspicious of Iran and the Shia Mullahs than the Americans who they see as logical, manipulable actors. It would take destruction 10 times over for them to even consider coming out from behind the American shield.

The damage has been a little than expected but no Arab state can look at the devastation in Iran and even imagine that they'd better off with less American protection than more.

I'm also not sure how Arab public opinion matters whatever Iran says. The only democratic State in the Middle-east is Israel and it's not like public opinion in Israel really matters.

The only way to end this war, is recognizing Iran’s legitimate rights, payment of reparations, and firm int'l guarantees against future aggression: Iran President Masoud Pezeshkian.

Good on India to negotiate this. Praying for the safe return of the Iranian ship, hopefully the Indian navy provides an escort

The ship can only possibly return if a proper deal is signed between Iran and the US. It would be one thing if it was a civilian ship but I seriously doubt India will stick it's neck out to escort an Iranian warship.

Even if a deal is stuck, I think it might be likely that the sailors are repatriated and the ship is only returned after stripping it off all arms capabilities. I doubt Israel and the US will allow the return of an armed Naval ship given the concerns around the strait.

This war was lost as soon as they bombed 170 school girls.
Extremely condemnable but western media and world doesn't hold Western leaders accountable ..it's only reserver for xi Putin Islamic leaders and modi. So it's not lost because of it. It will be decided by the terms of the ceasefire

On the girl school bombing, Trump will keep saying i dont know about it, people say he is dumb but thats a cunning response for the voters.

The clown will speak on everythig like a keyboard expert except when he is directly accountable for some action.

US intelligence assessments indicate that Iran’s leadership is still largely intact and is not at risk of collapse any time soon, the Reuters news agency has reported, quoting three sources familiar with the matter.

Official media outlets in Iran are convinced that last night’s targeted strikes on Basij checkpoints were intended to reignite unrest in the country.

“This is an attempt to undermine public confidence in Iran’s stable security apparatus; the enemy is trying to open a new internal front,” one media outlet stated.

According to a report last night by the Fars news agency, at least 10 security and Basij personnel were killed in attacks at several locations in the capital, Tehran.

An intelligence source quoted by the news agency also pointed an accusing finger at the Mossad.

It would be really juvenile of you to think Iran will attack India .
The Global Firepower Index (GFP) for 2026 ranks 145 countries based on over 60 factors, including manpower, equipment quantities, financials, logistics, geography, and more (lower PowerIndex score = stronger military).
  • India — Ranked 4th globally with a PowerIndex score of 0.1346.
  • Iran — Ranked 16th globally with a PowerIndex score of 0.3199.
They are taking US and Israel head on, India is a nobody compared to US Israel. And same goes for Pakistan

Took a hiatus from this thread for a couple of days. I come back and what do I see Le British Pakistanis still doing? :

"India India India. Narendra Narendra Narendra. God Save the King. God Save the King. God Save the King."

Meanwhile, RIP to the latest 85 Iranians killed in this totally unnecessary conflict.

THREAD IS NOT ABOUT INDIA. WATCH YOUR POSTS NOW

WILL LOCK THE THREAD IF YOU GUYS CHOOSE TO BE DEAF

A lot of rumours about false flag attacks to try and get the American public on board. No one in America wants boots on the ground except for the ruling elite.

Looks like this chacha hasn’t had his morning dose of Moot Visergen.

India doesn’t have the ADS system to cover 99.5% of its entire population. Iran will bomb this lot to the Stone Age and that’s not even an exaggeration.

LOL. true.

Iran can beat the living daylight out of India.

BRICS should kick out India. India can't be on both sides. :inti

IRGC said vessels seeking to sail through the strategically critical Strait of Hormuz must obtain Iran's approval; otherwise, they could become targets of Iranian attacks.

Key Points

  • Iran has allowed Indian-flagged ships to pass safely through the Strait of Hormuz despite heightened tensions in the region.
  • The IRGC Navy warned that vessels must obtain Iran's permission to cross the strategic waterway or risk being targeted.
  • Two ships reportedly ignored Iran's warnings and were targeted in the strait on Wednesday.
  • Around 28 Indian-flagged vessels with nearly 800 Indian seafarers are currently operating in the Persian Gulf region.
  • The Strait of Hormuz carries over 20 million barrels of oil daily, about 20% of global consumption, making disruptions highly significant for global energy markets.
With the West Asia conflict putting stress on fuel supply routes that use the Strait of Hormuz, sources said Iranian authorities have decided to allow Indian-flagged ships to pass safely through the strait, where maritime traffic has all but halted since the United States and Israel attacked Iran.

Earlier, the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Naval Force said vessels seeking to sail through the strategically critical Strait of Hormuz must obtain Iran's approval; otherwise, they could become targets of Iranian attacks.

Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri said two ships that ignored Iran's warnings were targeted in the strait on Wednesday.

'Were the ships assured of safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz? This should be asked of the crews of the vessels Express Rome and Mayuree Naree, who today, trusting in empty promises, ignored the warnings and intended to cross the strait but were caught. Any vessel intending to pass must obtain permission from Iran,' the Iranian general said in a post on X.

Iran to allow vessels 'not serving' US, Israel interests

According to Iranian state media, Tehran has intensified restrictions on ship movements through the Strait of Hormuz and said vessels not serving the interests of the United States and Israel can sail safely through the passage.

More than 20 million barrels of crude oil pass daily through the narrow channel separating the Iranian coast from Oman.

This volume represents roughly one-fifth of global oil consumption and nearly a quarter of all seaborne oil trade.
