U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) on Operation Epic Fury:

Hours ago, U.S. forces successfully employed multiple 5,000-pound deep penetrator munitions on hardened Iranian missile sites along Iran’s coastline near the Strait of Hormuz. The Iranian anti-ship cruise missiles in these sites posed a risk to international shipping in the strait.

Still trying to fathom why iran hasn't activated the yemen front with the houthis with one problem in hormuz , the houthis could cause an equal problem in the red sea and the route to the suez .
Then it won't be just oil , but world shipping goods that use the suez instead of sailing all the way to south africa and up the Atlantic .
Maybe houthis have a deal with the US and Saudis. Just a wild guess

A bit off topic. but stock market punters in Pakistan thinks around 10 days the war will have a sort of ceasefire lets see

Iranian’s are the most cultured ,most progressive and were most liberal Muslims ..may be due to their Zoroastrian history …sad to see this happening to them..hope their people get more rights after end of all this fiasco

So Ali Larijami killed in Israeli attacks last night
Words without action is hollow..winning economic war is one thing...if that's the plan then it's ok. But accept you don't have the ability to hit anything strategic ...not a criticism ..just the disparity in technology and economy

Awful for both sides but after a certain set of files were released, anything to distract from them 👍

Why else are 🌮’s own personnel quitting now citing that this was pointless and there was no imminent threat

Absolutely ..it hurts to see these unnecessary billions and death...larijani was definitely not a bigot

You don't want to use all your weapons at the same time...

Camel jockey can take a hike

With 30 / 40 % shia population in pakistan with huge numbers of shias in many urban centres including our interior minister does jockey really think pakistan will be stupid to attack iran and cause a massive sectarian bloodbath in pakistan .

What's 30-40% of 250 million people
Then is the treaty just for shits and giggles

How good is Israel's spy network in Iran after all this time that they're able to so precisely target important people in the government, military, scientific community and even foreign leaders like Haniyeh right in the middle of important locations?

They've been doing this for years and Iran's been unable to stop it. They claimed to have killed dozens of Israelis spies and yet...

I suppose it's a mix of human spies, satellite surveillance and electronic snooping but one would think Iran would be able to find something after so long at war. Just shows how far Israel and the US are of the rest of the world in these technologies.

The US failed in Iraq, Afghanistan and Vietnam but they are going to defeat Iran with a ground invasion?

Israel’s spy programs have been in motion since the end of WWII probably trained by the US and UK’s “finest” and kicking things off by tracking down as many Nazis they could hunt down all around the world. It’s been a long term investment.

Yeah Iran is the victims in all this and all, but they really need to improve their intelligence to survive in this day and age.

They cannot have their top guys assassinated every few days while everybody on the other side survives.

Their top guys are being killed at home. Two things on that, clearly they don't care about dying, maybe even want it. The other is it doesn't need sophisticated intelligence for this.

Mossad+CIA capabilities are well known and recently demonstrated in the attack on Hezbollah but it's still insane. Whoever these spies are, they're seeing bombs fall around them and yet are willing to provide Israel accurate intelligence on the position of someone like Larijani who was probably the second-most powerful man in Iran (probably the most currently since baby Khamenei is still a nobody).

They have to be high up in Iranian administration to know such specific information and either very motivated by money or insanely hate the Mullahs and their power.
