I do get both of your points btw. Babar as a batsmen is still a batter and is technically superior with rizwan despite being limited is a good test batsmen and can somewhat accumulate in t20 in a similar fashion.

Meanwhile the talent for western countries doesnt really exist for Pakistan atm

The thing I disagree on is that I dont think ba/riz would have changed the outcome. Form wise they themsleves aren't any better then the current lot.

Fakhar and saim are still better openers. Id rather ba/riz play in the middle order.

Imam should focus on developing himself and playing t20 cricket. It shows a lack of ambition on his part that he doesn't seem to care about the format.

As far as Pakistan captain I feel like Agha will get replaced by Shaheen or Shadab eventually. He is not a guaranteed selection. He needs to back himself to bowl more so we can drop another all rounder and replace them. He is not yet good enough to play as a specialist bat but he has shown some flashes of promise.

Massive talent crises tbh as none of these keepers are t20 material. In test and odi rizwan has his spot.
