Looking simply at the age does no good, try and dig deeper. There is no point in howling about picking established international players under 30. It's about giving chances to lesser known Pakistani domestic players.

If he wins the match in a mickey-mouse league complimented by quality players, it doesn't in any prove that he's the best captain in the country, the oldie should quit all forms of cricket, give chance to younger players and spend time with his kids.

What's the big deal? Older players play in leagues all over the world.

Look at Hogde in BBL, Sachin in IPL (played till he was 42 I believe), Ponting was the same as Sachin and many more. If you want just to bash Misbah, there are other more rational reasons.
