Mishary Alfasy
There's this Pakistani guy who participated in the Turkey 2018 Quran recitation competition.
Muzammil from Indonesia is amazing as well.

From the names you mentioned, I only know Omar Suleiman, Mufti Menk, Muhammad Kurdi, and Mishary. I am a huge fan of Muhammad Al-Kurdi. One of the best voices possibly. Mufti Menk is always classy.

Don't even understand Arabic but I listen to his lectures because they are just amazing. Kishk is also someone Omar Suleiman is a massive fan of.
