The Alarming Rise of Islamophobia, Rejecting Waleed Aly & Converting to Islam | ft. Dr Susan Carland

The very first duty of a human being as a human being is to seek guidance of his creator and sustainer.

2) The second duty of a human being as a human being is to receive guidance of his creator and sustainer if someone delivers it to him or her.

3) The 3rd duty of a human being as a human being is to study his creator and sustainer provided guidance for humanity.

4) The 4th duty of a human being as a human being is to accept his creator and sustainer provided guidance for mankind.

5) The 5th duty of a human being as a human being is to act upon his creator and sustainer provided guidance for mankind.

6) After these steps the first duty of a faithful person is to pass on his creator and sustainer message to all others who are within his reach by any means possible that are available to a person.

7) Once people who have received the message of their creator and sustainer then if they accept the message and decide to come together then individuals are duty bound to come together to form an ummah.

8) From then on all duties and responsibilities are for ummah to carry out as an ummah by consulting each other and making decisions in light of the quran and real world realities.

This is what actual message of the quran is for humanity and this is what actual islam is all about.

Anand Mahindra urged to address 'Mini Pakistan' claim at Tech Mahindra

A viral post alleging biased hiring and religious favouritism at Tech Mahindra’s Goregaon campus has prompted calls for Anand Mahindra’s intervention. The unverified claims, shared by lawyer Ashutosh J Dubey, describe the workplace as a 'Mini Pakistan' and have intensified debate over inclusivity and corporate accountability. The uproar follows a misconduct controversy at TCS Nashik, adding to scrutiny on workplace culture in India’s IT industry.

Viral allegations put Tech Mahindra under spotlight

A message purportedly from a Tech Mahindra Goregaon employee, shared by advocate Ashutosh J Dubey, alleges that over 60% of employees belong to a specific faith, with claims of hiring bias, relaxed dress codes for certain religious attire, and preferential treatment during festivals. The post uses the term 'Mini Pakistan' to describe the atmosphere, a phrase that has amplified its reach online. While the authenticity is unverified, the allegations have drawn significant attention to workplace fairness and inclusivity. The Statesman + 1

Why the allegations matter for Tech Mahindra

The controversy comes amid heightened scrutiny of corporate ethics after the TCS Nashik incident involving alleged sexual harassment and forced religious conversion. For Tech Mahindra, these claims—if unaddressed—could impact its reputation, employee relations, and adherence to diversity policies. Anand Mahindra’s public profile and the company’s stated values place added pressure on leadership to address the situation transparently. The Statesman + 1

Public divided over viral claims

Online responses range from demands for a formal probe to warnings against spreading unverified allegations that could inflame communal sensitivities. Some individuals report similar experiences, while others emphasise due process and corporate neutrality before any action is taken. The debate reflects the challenges of managing sensitive workplace issues in a highly connected and polarised environment. The Statesman + 2

yet the west and is filled up with indians doing this - yet you claim indians are targetted

make some sense

40 Islamic jihadis working in TCS were given job by Tata Group in Nashik Maharashtra ….. they were having good packages.. they completed their IT education in the Indian institutions/ collages. Their upbringing by parents were on free ration provided by Govt of India….

But still they tried to form separate Muslim nation inside TCS by plotting conversions of interns and other Hindu employees. These must be fan of Gazhva-e-hind…how shameful act? This is why nobody trusting Muslims around the world.

Maharashtra government have stringent laws on forceful conversions… their property will be confiscated and bulldozed.

More shame for Indians abroad. Indians already have a terrible reputation for raping women at home, now they are taking it international. :(

He was working there at the hotel.he harassed his co worker. That's the worst thing for any working women.

India remains one of the worst countries when it comes to sectarianism and religious violence, whether it’s driven by Hindutva extremism or retaliatory tensions involving Muslims.

Hindutva supporters often point to selective incidents of violence to justify broader, systemic aggression, using isolated cases as fuel to normalize or even encourage targeting minorities.

Some, perhaps out of convenience, will posture as neutral, claiming to be atheist or even Christian but suddenly go silent when that same majority violence turns against Christians. That selective outrage says more than anything else.

A complete circus of a nation, yet proudly waving the banner of being the 6th largest economy. Maybe that explains why @Rajdeep didn’t seem eager to return even when India was claiming the 4th spot.
