Iran - Israel Hostilities Watch (2025)

Why India refused to join SCO condemnation of Israel’s attacks on Iran

India has distanced itself from the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation’s (SCO’s) condemnation of Israel’s ongoing attacks on Iran, signalling a potential rift in the influential Eurasian political bloc over the conflict.

World leaders have repeatedly called for de-escalation during Israel’s unprecedented attacks on its regional rival Iran, which threaten to destabilise the region. On Friday, the latest round of fighting began after Israel launched attacks on Iran’s military and nuclear sites.

This follows two rounds of direct military conflict between Iran and Israel in 2024, which were triggered by Israeli strikes on Iranian targets and subsequent Iranian retaliation.

Iranian authorities said Israeli attacks since Friday have targeted residential and military areas in Tehran and in many other cities across the country, killing at least 80 people, including civilians. Several Iranian nuclear scientists and university professors have been killed along with several top-ranking commanders of the Iranian armed forces and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).

Israeli attacks on Saturday hit refineries, power stations and oil reserves across Iran. Tehran has retaliated by launching hundreds of missiles and drones at the Israeli cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa, killing at least 13 people and injuring dozens. Tehran has also paused nuclear negotiations with the United States.

So why did India refuse to take part in the discussions or endorse the SCO’s position on Israel’s attacks? Is India backing Israel? And what is at stake for these countries?

India should be kicked out from all eastern alliances (including BRICS). They try to play both sides. Big snake.

Seems like Pak have delivered more hypersonics from China and maybe a few of their own .

The next few nights may well keep squatters awake

Iran should ideally never have had this issue considering they aren’t close to Israel as such but all neighbouring countries have betrayed Iran.

Iran's state TV, quoting the military, says the Islamic Republic has issued a warning to residents of the “Occupied Territories” - meaning Israel - that they should evacuate "if they want to stay alive".

State TV says Iran will "attack infrastructure".

The broadcaster adds that the military has ordered the evacuation of the headquarters of Israeli TV stations Channel 12 and Channel 14 in response to the attack on the state TV headquarters earlier.

Why did Iran never invest in an airforce? Never understood that one.

Could’ve at least got something off China and Russia, even Pakistan.

Israel said they were going after Iran’s nuclear sites and claimed they already hit them. If that’s true, the attacks should have stopped by now, no?

But instead, they’re now targeting religious places and news stations.

That makes it clear—this was never just about stopping a nuclear threat. And the Halka Kutta from Poland seems desperate to stay involved in conflict to avoid the legal threats against him

True Promise 3 in motion right now .

Likely attacking their electronic and media infrastructure along with more fuel and military facilities.

If Iran feels USA is about to join , it may go very harsh tonight .

Iran made a mistake trusting India over China and Pakistan, and letting Indian supported terrorists into their territory. They should make a deal right now with China and Pakistan to never deal with India again in return for some help.

@Devadwal please take heed and evacuate Tel Aviv … stay safe buddy

India can't be trusted they wag their tail everywhere when there is heat they are nowhere to be seen

They tried.
They have paid Russia for su 35, several years ago but Russia kept delaying - for whatever reason (Friendly Israel ties)
They requested China for J10’s but because of sanctions china refused.
Iran can’t even find spare parts for their F14 because again no country wants to get sanctioned. Sanctions have been crippling for them.

Good looking out for him bruv. Their bunkers are divided into “Jewish” and “Others” where you have Indians, Evangelicals and who knows what else. :kp

It’s worrying , Tel Aviv is light up right now . Let’s hope they take care of the cooks, maids and cyber staff from abroad .

Israel is finally getting back what they dished out. :inti

Iran can defeat Israel pretty quickly if Israel get no assistance from USA.

Solid guy , even though he’s a target the man continues with calm and intelligence.

Iranians have shown a very strong will here , but im not surprised. This is their modern Karbala.

India attacking Pakistan and a few days later agreeing a ceasefire is a school fight, this . a brutal street fight in comparison.

Nobody will mess with Iran for decades after this

Israel must have spent decades building their intelligence network. That network likely got exposed fully or at least vast majority of it. If Israel can't achieve its goals this time then it will probably won't be able to do that within the time Iran is able to have nukes.

Where China and Pakistan can help discreetly is counter intelligence and providing Iran weapons to shoot down planes (not air defence systems, but old school systems used in Soviet era). At least Israeli F15 and F16s can be targeted with those.

How have these drones not been intercepted?

Last year Israel blocked 90-95% of the Iranian drones that entered Israeli airspace.

Now 90% of these drones have gone on to hit targets. What’s going on??
Those don't look like drones. But the simple answer is missile defence is only good for several 100 missiles at most. After that the interceptors get exhausted and most missiles will get through.

Hopefully Pakistan is keeping a close eye on Iran’s missile+Drone waves

I think Pakistan probably is on Iran’s level and will also be superior in air offence with their jets.

Important war for Pakistan to study for the next time they engage with India.

They should had just given into Zionists like Pakistani Establishment and the Shah, they could had done anything after that.

Unlike Pakistanis Iranians don’t want their Establishment to work for Zionists.

Having befriended Pakistan would had just put them in same category as Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan.

Iranian state broadcaster hit as Iran urges Trump to make Israel halt war

  • Iran calls for ceasefire, offers nuclear negotiation flexibility
  • IAEA reports extensive damage to Iran's uranium enrichment plant
  • Iran death toll at 224, Israel death toll at 24, officials say
  • Oil prices dip, easing supply disruption fears
TEL AVIV/DUBAI, June 16 (Reuters) - An Israeli strike hit Iran's state broadcaster on Monday while the head of the U.N. nuclear watchdog indicated extensive damage to Iran's biggest uranium enrichment plant and Iran called on the U.S. to force a ceasefire in the aerial war.
Late on Monday, Israel said it hit Iran's broadcasting authority, and footage showed a newsreader hurrying from her seat as a blast struck. Israel's military said the building also served as a communications centre used by Iran’s armed forces.

Amidst all fake bravado from Pak posters here, Iran is calling for a ceasefire and reaching out to Pawpaw.

There are some lessons but it's nothing like India vs Pakistan war. The two are much closer, Pakistan has a much better airforce and can effectively target Indian missile defence. If anything, Pakistan can learn how to exhaust Indian air defence as well as having a massive stockpile of missiles and launchers.

That’s exactly my point. The art of exhaustion

Pakistan needs to improve its own air defence system massively. It’s not good enough.

Why iran attacking if they are calling for ceasefire?

Why iran attacking if they are calling for ceasefire?
It’s the Indian dazed version of understanding war context.

They were apparently asked to agree ceasefire whilst Pakistan launched a barrage of missiles.

Getting battered means that the opposition who is battering you is seeking a ceasefire according to the Indian narrative.

J35s and J10 will take of Indian airforce. As for missiles, missile defence is useless in South Asia. Pakistan lobbed some cheap Fatah missiles, which aren't real missiles, to exhaust Indian S400 and S400 happily obliged. Then it helped Pakistan destroy the S400. I suppose HQ19 will help but I don't think any missile defence will be useful in front of Shaheens, Ababeel and Babur.

Judging by fake posts of @Rana and @emranabbas and the fake twitter pages they are quoting, one can easily guess how badly they spread misinformation when India battered them on 7th May.

If only fake news can win a battle, Pakistan would be superpower now. Jao so jao...good night

:rp
but India is ranked #1 for spreading misinformation sources you follow no wonder your a delusional child
