Going a bit over the top with all these awards, gifts and treats but it goes without saying that Fakhar Zaman has earned each bit of it. About time we moved on from selfish players like Hafeez, Shehzad and Co. Just hoping the lad stays grounded.

However, this begs the question - a cricketer won you a game and you're giving him money, plots of land and even honorable awards but someone like Dr. Abdus Salam who won the Nobel prize for your country doesn't even have a primary school named after him? While Fakhar deserves every bit of this, the hypocrisy of the Pakistani governments never ceases to impress me.

Absolute nonsense. If Imran Khan has any jurisdiction on this he needs to put a stop to it.

In South Africa only the name of the cricket ground of schools is named after a famous cricketer.

No school is named after any sportsman

Good, I don't see a problem. More schools should be build or renamed after people who did something good for Pakistan so we don't forget them. Hopefully we will see schools build in honor of Abdus Salam, Edhi Sahib and Geoffary landlands in future.

Pretty cool but I think it's a bit over the top. Pakistan is getting a bit carried away with all the celebrations and gifts but you can't blame them.

I don't care if they call it Nawaz Sharif School... a school is a school and by God we need hundreds more of those.

Bhai never mind but yeh school toote ma future me inany case fakhar doesnt perform in future, which has larger probablity .
