Shezad has played well against spinners, he plays spin far better than pace, he like Hafeez is not an opener, they both like Malik, Sarfraz, Misbah, Afridi and million others can only wack spinners but are dud against pacers, non of them should open the innings,you just cannot play these types of players as opener. Why selectors cannot understand??

Pakistan has been producing player of spin only, very rarely you will see striker against seamers, Razaq and Imran Nazir were the only one from last generation and in last 15 years we have only seen Sharjeel, Nasir Jamshed and UA who can wack the seamers, rest are terrible against spin...This is sad affairs but something fans also don't understand...

All these spin bully should compete for middle order slots only, spreading them in entire team is the reason we are no 8 team in LOI, this is fundamentally flawed strategy from selectors to coaching, we need to push domestic system to produce seamer bully batsmen, Misbah and Co has specially done terrible job at filling the team will same kind of players at every spot, this has to change for us to be top tier team

Shehzad is a top lad deep down, like Mamoon said before he has been through a fair amount and he needs a bit of guidance and love, hopefully he continues to perform well and improve off the field to.
