Karachi or Lahore - Which has the better stadium?

Well, Firstly I'm not here to make some kind of wrestling fight here.

Just been curious if we compare both grounds in term of
- Pitch
- Out field
- Crowd
- Floodlights

Then which one is better?

Let me mention that I'm not trying to make any kind of battle here. I just want to see reviews of PP & exchange ideas.

For pitch and outfield, it is defintely Karachi.

Crowd as well. Not saying that Lahori crowd isn't passionate, but they're too far from the boundaries lol to be heard.

The fact that the fans are so far behind the boundary in Lahore ruins the atmosphere IMO. the players cant even see the fan banners from the boundary.

And no one manages to hit a six in the crowd in Lahore which is always dissaponting

Karachi staduim and the crowds looked better on tv then lahore.

Viewership experience + in game atmosphere and cricket wise it has to be Karachi (and that too by a long stretch)

Haven't been to either but from what I've seen, Karachi crowd seems a lot better so I'd go with Karachi overall

What i have observed on tv...karachi atmosphere seems more interactive..noisy...pitch is good. May be from standard point of view...Lahore will be better

In the past the capacity of Gadaffi Stadium was over 40,000 and was considered the biggest stadium in Pakistan but now it only accomodates 27,000 spectators making it smaller than NSK and Multan stadium. What's the reason?

I liked the Karachi crowd as well, it seemed more mixed and more knowledgeable than Lahore. Both crowds were good, but the Karachi crowd seemed more with it and current which made a better spectacle.

I've been to the most expensive seats for both stadiums. The atmosphere is a bit better in Karachi. But for the fans, the seats are much better in Lahore. For the VVIP tickets (Where I went for both) had a hallway with ACs and a buffet during the match. Even the lower class seats looked nice. From a fan's point of view who is watching the game there, Gaddafi gets an edge. But Karachiites are a tad more passionate.
