Kevin Pietersen is a horrible commentator. Sorry to say this, but he’s just a waste of space in the commentary box. As a viewer, I feel robbed when he commentates.

Tbh some of the Indian commentators like Gavaskar are also pretty cringe too with their shameless bias. Even Shastri was taking shots at Brook the other day for his smog comments, which is so unbecoming for a commentator.

Throughout all the controversies in his career, I wondered whether the reports about him were overblown.

Now I understand why he's fallen out with so many players and coaches after hearing his commentary and reading his social media.

He's an abrasive, highly opinionated individual who frankly comes across as arrogant at times. However you can also see how that can be of benefit when trying to reach the top in the cut-throat world of professional sport.

Not just Shastri but everyone was making fun of brooks smog comment .

Commentators should maintain some level of professionalism. They are there to call the match not drop one-liners at the players. As stupid as that excuse from Brook was, there was no need for Shastri to start acting like someone from a YouTube video comments section.
