In Messi/Suarez and Neymar/Mbappé, Barcelona and PSG possess two of the most fearsome attacking duos in Europe.

Which of them do you think is better?

Messi-Suarez.

Far more established and Messi is still Messi. He's on another tier.

Chemistry is there too.

Suarez is a machine, seriously gifted player who I cannot remember ever going absent. Dare I say it, but he's under-rated.

But back to the question, no contest. Suarez and Messi are still beasts running riot. MBappe is new and still needs to do more.

Mabappe just had sixth good months and it's unfair he is being compared with these footballers. He has loads of potential, showed that last night against Netherlands. He needs to have atleast two ATG seasons to be considered at the same level.

Messi and Suarez but I wouldn't be surprised if Neymar and Mbappe got more combined goals and assists if they started every game due to the fact that they're in a weaker league.

Mbappe is a really good player and may well go on to become a great but at the moment he is still not in the same bracket as Messi or Suarez or even Neymar.

Mbappe needs to establish himself and have 2-3 good seasons before we make such claims. Furthermore, he is right now playing in an inferior league and I hope he ventures out into England or Spain to develop.

For now it's a no brainer that Messi and Suarez are better but they are ageing now.

In Russia WC 2018, Mbappe outshone Messi and Ronaldo. Suarez and Cavani did get their team to the QF. Neymar disappointed.

Since then, at club level Ronaldo, Messi and Mbappe have performed outsstanding whereas Suarez has faded over the last two years and has scored half the goals in La Liga (2019/20 and in 2020/21) as compared to his beastly form in 2015/16 and in 2016/17.

Mbappe has scored most goals in the season so far as compared to Neymar, Salah, Benzema, Harry Kane or Haaland now. But surprisingly still trails the veterans like Lewandowski, Ronaldo and Messi.

I expect that in 2 years time, it will be Mbappe and Haaland as the superstars

This thread was posted in 2017 so at that time my answer would be Messi and Suarez but at this time I would opt for Neymar and Mbappe.

Inter Miami will be my last club, says Uruguayan Suarez

Inter Miami will be the last club Luis Suarez plays for, the Uruguay striker said on Thursday.

Suarez, 37, signed a contract with the Major League Soccer side last year for the 2024 season after a stint with Brazilian club Gremio.

He reunited with former Barcelona team mates Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba, with whom he won four LaLiga titles in five years in Spain.

"Inter Miami will be my last club, my family already know that. I don't have a date yet, but it's the last step," Suarez said in an interview with Uruguayan radio station Del Sol.

"I'm ready for this last challenge, but there is an inevitable fatigue and, in the end, I want to have quality of life in the future," he added.

Suarez, who also played for clubs including Ajax Amsterdam, Liverpool and Atletico Madrid, has won 138 caps for Uruguay since 2007.

Inter Miami kick off their MLS campaign against Real Salt Lake on Feb. 21.

End of an era.

It was a pleasure watching him play for Uruguay and FC Barcelona.
