If that was PCB's "investigation" then lol one couldn't be more dim of a bookie taking selfies? :))

The plot thickens..

I won't be surprised if this is a massive, massive blunder by the likes of Sethi and Sheharyar. Can't except professionalism from incompetent people.

I don't think this guy was the basis for the investigation.

The pic only popped up yesterday at some point on Twitter and I think 'Sanaullah' is just clearing his name.

Doesn't impact the investigation, I highly doubt it was based on this pic.

The guy's photo was spread throughout the media, he's just clearing his name.

Has nothing to do with the actual evidence.

The PCB will have a lot to pay for on the media front if this 'investigation' amounts to nothing and Sharjeel and co. are innocent.

Have to feel sorry for the guy in the picture if this is not connected to the investigation.

Some of the Pakistani media had already made their minds up about this guy.

There are other people at the table too - Media just picked out a picture where they could place the two players with another guy to make up a story.

Horrible media - usually this kind of stuff was reserved for the evening paper but now anyone who has a phone camera can start a TV station in Pakistan. TV Journalism levels are at all time lows.

I agree something else must have happened - especially if this guy is not on the list of bookie's given to the players.

If I would have been that guy, would have sued the media.

There are more guys on the table, particularly one who's got a mobile in his hands. What surprises me is why did Sharjeel khan take this picture down from social media around the time this news broke out? I think this is becoming clear to me,,,they went on dinner with some shady characters. That's all I can say, absolutely no proof as of yet of any money being exchanged

I won't be surprised if PCB pulled this off based on a mere photo.

PSL image has already been tarnished, they better have some solid proofs.

Hawkeye You too don't think both these are guilty?

Who would you have sued? You can't sue the media. That's just like saying you'll sue cricket. Media is a vague term. If you get selective about suing particular news agencies and channels, how many will you sue? There's over a 100 news channels in Pakistan. At least 80% of them would have covered this story, if not more. Would you sue all of them?

You see, unfortunately, the judiciary in Pakistan works in such strange ways and the legal system is so messed up that you end up nowhere even if you try. In fact, you get in trouble yourself.

Well, if the law allows it and he should be allowed to sue all of them.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am getting sick of the sight of seeing pictures of Pakistan players sitting at a restaurant. I know with social media it's unavoidable, but with their fitness issues and shoddy fielding efforts it just gives off the wrong impression. Especially for a tubby fellow like Sharjeel.

Usually the pakistani media blurs everything , we get to hear everything but truth. Wasn't the name of the bookie thrown around the first day was nasir jhunjhunwala?

Then he should sue on PEMRA for letting them airing this nonsense before any announcement from PCB
