Horrible... India accuses Pakistan of racial genocide but how would they view this incident?

A man was allegedly beaten to death by a group of people over a dispute during a cricket match in the outskirts of the city following which 15 people have been arrested, police said on Tuesday.

Terming the incident as "mob lynching", Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara said he has not yet received the report but assured that the case will be taken very seriously.

He said the individual reportedly shouted 'Pakistan Zindabad' when there was a local cricket match going on.

The incident occurred at around 3 PM on April 27 near the Bhatra Kallurti temple in Kudupu village on the outskirts of Mangaluru, police said.

The victim whose identity is yet to be ascertained, was allegedly assaulted with sticks, resulting in multiple injuries that led to internal bleeding and shock.

He was declared dead at the hospital, police said.

Addressing a press conference here, Mangaluru City Police Commissioner Anupam Agarwal said, "Initially, the police registered a case of unnatural death and launched an investigation after the body was found near the temple grounds. A post-mortem conducted on April 28 confirmed that the death was due to multiple blunt force injuries and lack of medical attention."

A case has been registered under Section 103(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, which pertains to murder by a group of five or more persons, at the Mangaluru Rural Police Station, based on a complaint lodged by a resident, he said.

So far, 15 accused have been arrested, and the police are on the lookout for at least 10 more individuals, he added.

"The main accused, identified as Sachin, a resident of Kudupu, is already in our custody. The section invoked in this case is very stringentif proved, the accused, either individually or as a group, can face life imprisonment or even the death penalty. We invoked this section under the BNS as more than five people were involved in the crime," Agarwal said.

Tragic.

I feel for the current fate of many muslims in rss india atm.

When india does nothing, no war, they should calm down but these vegetarian extremists are filled with hate more victims to come.

@Devadwal @Rajdeep @Hitman what about these "subhumans"

These people are hard core RSS followers , down deep they have been injected hatred for Islam , so what you can expect from them? They will go to the last extent in defending these , and will go into denial mode.

If a Muslim writes against burning of Quran or insulting Muhammad , its against their freedom of speech , but if a Muslim does the same by insulting Vedas or speaking something about Indian Gods in India will that Muslim survive in the shield of freedom of speech ?

The cult called RSS garlands the rapist Murders , what does it show ? People who had No contribution in the freedom struggle and started writing mercy petitions in 1905 itself , today are giving lectures and distributing certificates of nationalism.

Also , I mentioned it before , these are not one of the incidents , these are clearly well planned happenings.

no matter how messed up Pakistan becomes, or how successful india becomes, Pakistan will always be the focus of all of India's emotional energy.

India has broken ceasefire. Attack on Peshawar, Karachi and Wahh Cantt.

The only reason India agreed to a ceasefire was because they wanted to get a breather from the bashing they received from Pakistan in the morning and wanted to catch Pakistan off-guard.

It was all a lie, and India has humiliated itself on the international stage once again by violating the ceasefire and proving their lies & intentions.

Karnataka High Court Grants Bail To Man Booked For Murder Of Labourer Who Allegedly Raised 'Pakistan Zindabad' Slogan During Cricket Match

The Karnataka High Court has granted bail to an accused in a case relating to the death of a person, a daily wager from Kerala, who was allegedly assaulted by a group after he raised the slogan “Pakistan Pakistan Zindabad” during a local cricket match in Mangaluru.

Justice Shivashankar Amarannavar granted bail to Natesh Kumar, who was one of the accused, and directed his release in an FIR registered last year.

According to the prosecution, the deceased had entered the ground during the match and raised “Pakistan Pakistan Zindabad” slogan. Following this, players and spectators allegedly chased and assaulted him with hands and clubs, resulting in his death.

It was Kumar's case that the charge sheet was filed and thus, he was not required for further custodial interrogation. He said that he was in judicial custody since April 29, 2025, and some other co accused had been granted bail by the Sessions Court.

The prosecution argued that Kumar and another accused got chilly powder from their house and threw it in the eyes and body of the deceased. It was submitted that they had also instigated other accused to assault the deceased.

After perusing the charge sheet and materials on record, the Court noted that the fatal assault with clubs was attributed to certain other accused, who had already been granted bail. The Court also took into account that the petitioner had no criminal antecedents, the investigation was complete, and further custodial interrogation was not required.
