Not quality at all..but farigh log and sarrakchaap people will be happy that there are shows which speak their urdu cuss words.
I tried a few episodes due to the high ratings. But Not worth the high ratings in my opinion. Mainly due to the crude vulgar language and graphic mindless violence. It's about gang rivalry in Mirzapur

Watched the first 3 episodes and then got bored. Couldn't connect with the characters or story.

It is about gang rivalry what did you expect? Do you think the gangs were talking with each other with Huzoor, Janaab etc and giving each other garlands of roses? Vulgar language and graphic violence only adds to the realism as shown in GOWP, Sacred Games etc if done correctly.
Not all famous gang movies/serials have mind numbing crude language. Eg: Godfather.

They don't have Brando either
Bollywood does have better actors than him. I will take Nana Patekar and Kamal Hassan over Brando any day.

if its user driven rating then desis vote high as a matter of patriotism and ignore the content
Which is why all desi films have unrealistically high ratings

Actually not for all cases, for example if they show Hindutva extremism which looks possible in Sacred Games S2, don't think the ratings would be that positive..

Didn't like the series, way too many loopholes and sloppiness, just subscribed to TVFplay and gotta say even without TVF Pitchers , shows like Tripling and KOTA factory are remarkable.
What about permanent roommates?

New Delhi: Actor Brahma Mishra, best known for essaying the role of Lalit in the acclaimed web series Mirzapur, was today found dead at his residence in Mumbai's suburban Versova, the police said.
Mishra was found on the bathroom floor of his house where he lived alone, they said.
The police suspect that the actor died due to a cardiac arrest and have sent the body for an autopsy.
The apartment was locked from the inside, the police said, adding, a case of Accidental Death is being filed.

Mishra's co-star Divyenndu, who played the key role of Munna Tripathi in the series, posted: "Our Lalit is no more. Let's pray for him everyone."

saw this series during this weekend, it was pretty good. However, there were many loop holes in the story, but still the acting and dialogues were very good.
Only negative thing is that by watching this now, a person already knows half of the story due to facebook memes.
Never the less, pretty good series, much better than sacred games. WOuld say the best Indian web series for me.

Season 3 is the weakest season yet. It has too many unnecessary characters and is a waste of time.
