you think?lol beating India in India and drawing WI that times unbeatable team of legends at home leading up front...and lifting the only ODI world cup we won..that has nobody done in Pak history.

If the criteria was to win series at home and perform only at home grounds than Misbah is the definitely the best captain,no doubt.

Misbah had no real tactics

Just gives overs to Ajmal or Yasir Shah, hope they do some magic and take wickets for him. He used Yasir like a slave for 6 months, so many overs in a day Yasir bowled.

The only good thing about him is that he united the team, there was no groupism in the test team.

Agree with you on this point Misbah always followed this policy of "wait and see for something to happen"

He was a decent batsman but way passed his shelf life. Should have retired honorably 2 yrs ago but thats not our culture for players to retire with respect except Imran Khan, Saeed Anwar, Wasim Akram, Waqar Yunus.

Thats being really unfair to Misbah because he languished in domestic cricket for so long and was selected so late in his career. Poor guy played just 72 tests till now.

Saeed and Imran yes but 2 Ws had to leave because of 2003 WC
