Mohammad Hafeez vs Mushfiqur Rahim

Hafeez has been a useful allrounder for Pakistan, and Mushfiqur Rahim has been a good keeper for Bangladesh.

But, purely as a batsman, who would you rate higher and who would you rather have in your team ?

One is a top order batsman the other bats in the middle order. I think Hafeez has been the better performer but Mushy has got better each year

I don't think Hafeez is as bad as he gets made out to be. Yes he struggles against quality bowling as an opener but every Pakistani batsman (bar Azhar) does. Hafeez has actually been a match winner as far as ODIs are concerned. The only match Pakistan won in Australia, Hafeez was the man of the match.
