I rated these players before they became big and had to listen to a lot of rubbish. Starc used to be called a spraygun. Hazlewood a harmless trundler. Babar and Haris were heavily criticized as well.

I don't need that, neither do I want to brag. I'm just making a point that I've heard all this before and it doesn't affect me. I don't rate rubbish, never have. Sometimes I will rate players that I see developing in a few years time which most people will not see at their current stage of development.

This guy has got raw potential. He is releasing a ball a fraction of a second too early. Slight delay in the release will ensure that his front foot is firmly planted and can provide base to support the body. It will also align his hips more towards the batsman.

However he needs to do some hard yards in the guidance of a proper coach (not Aqib Javed types).

Just watched his video is slow motion. At the moment, he is generating all his pace with his shoulders. He is releasing it at right time. He just needs to get a bit more side on for his front foot to be in a right position to support his weight. That way he would be using his hips and rest of the body as well to produce speed.
