About time this nonsense is put to rest.
Picture #1 is what you call celebrating a hundred - it shows a batsman who is living in the moment and enjoying the euphoria of scoring a century. This is Rizwan after his first hundred.
Picture #2 is a batsman who is acknowledging the applause of the dressing room and the crowd but is focused on the job of winning his team the match. He did not take his helmet off and he did not smile. It was nothing more than a reserved acknowledgment of the people in the stadium who gave him a standing ovation.
The contrast between the two pictures very clearly illustrates that Rizwan was not doing a bhangra on completing his hundred and was clearly focused on taking his team home which unfortunately he was not able to.
However, it appears that some people are handing out certificates of selfishness based on his unpardonable crime of raising his hands in the air for a few seconds. The fact that he didn't take his helmet off and didn't smile doesn't matter to them.
Selfish Rizwan must apologise to the whole nation for raising his hands in the air.
