Pakistan have 2-3 gun batsmen in this format besides Rizwan, plus some very useful and sought after bowlers. Do not fool yourself with these performances, we are still light years behind India, England and New Zealand in white ball cricket at least

I don’t think you quite understood the purpose of this thread, it’s just a simple question of how he will fare under a different management that isn’t lead by the almighty Misbah ul Haq

He backed him too much because he wanted Sarfaraz to be dropped from the squad. It was all dirty politics. I have nothing personal against Rizwan, but he is a symbol of the dirty politics that was being played by Misbah and Waqar, with yes man Babar riding along!

Can you please back up your support of Sarfraz with stats? How much was he averaging across formats in the 18 months before he was removed from captaincy? Sarfraz was dropped as he totally lost it

Why does that make you constantly hate one our best if the not best player over the past year? You can knit pick his stats and make excuses about how he’s not perfect.

But the fact is that he’s the best keeper in the world in all formats. Then as a batsman he has played some crucial innings in tests and has been in brilliant in T20s - consistent and scoring at a high strike rate. For our standards he is a God send.

I am sarfaraz’s biggest fan and think Misbah is the worst thing to happen to Pakistan cricket since the akmals. But if you can’t see Rizwans performance and constantly post hate about him on every thread, people will think you’re either trol-ling or just stupid.

Rizwan has been the best t20 batsman this year and amongst the Pak team he's the highest run getter same goes with franchise cricket.

He's a must for the t20, no question.

Ok now we understand rizwan took over your hero mr specialist captain hence you hate him. I don’t like misbah but I have to thank him for getting rid of the barking specialist captain. If his performances were any good he would have been in the team, but he was playing like a tail ended when he got dropped.
