Regardless of stats, I feel it is Kusal Mendis. Fantastic against pace and spin. His counter attacking 100 against Australia is, for me, the best innings of the last 3 years.

Who is your choice?

I feel you do need to consider stats. Else how can someone be classed as complete. We are not making claims based on how someone bats in the nets.

Haven't seen much of Shaw so will go with Markram. Babar would've taken the title if it wasn't for his being out of form and his lack of success in Test match cricket.

Lol at all these babar jokers. Look at prithvi Shaw, first match hundred and that strike rate. Babar is an option batsman in odi and waste of space right now in test. Prithvi is better than half the world's batsman and I am saying that after watching the u-19 world cup. His shot selections and shots are amazing. If India want to win the world cup they need to add him to that 4 spot instead of wasting it on Rahul, who has a weak temperament or dhoni, who doesn't rotate strike enough. If you are the second best batsman in the team after Kohli in your debut match, then you are definitely one of the best batsman in the world. Markram looks good but not as good as Shaw.

I would have said babar azam if he was performing in tests, he is completely a different player in limited overs, I dont know what happens to him in tests. So Markram for me

Prithvi has only played 2 tests and no LOIs. So he can't be classified as a complete batsman.

If the most complete batsmen is averaging 28 then what else to say.

Aiden Markram for sure. Babar Azam has the potential but definitely not there yet. Prithvi Shaw looks super but needs more time before we call him complete.

Let him play some games at highest level first.

I dunno why people are selecting Markram. Atleast until now, he has proved to be a dud against spin.

What Else To Say Double Standard,
For You Kind Information Markram Averages 24 In Odi Despite Babars 28 In tests

Someone who is averaging less than Ashwin and Jadeja with the bat is a complete batsman. Embarrassing.

babar azam for me who have achieve so much in very young age
