Why do we have so much average players who are totally uncofortable while hitting a cricket ball?
Is the job of a top 4 batsmen only to make a 30 ball 40 or 40 ball 50?
All our local players are just limited and play with those 110, 120 strike rates and struggle big time to accellarate.
Isnt one babar azam enough? How many accumulators want we to make?
I mean seriously babar azam, fakhar zaman, imam ul haq, haris sohail, shoaib malik, mohammad hafeez, sarfraz ahmed. All are accumulators and struggle while hitting fours and sixes.
I dont know when the time ll come that we realise that we have to find power hitters with decent techniques.
It really hurts me to see players like umar saddiq struggling to hit big. I also dont understand why they pick players like umar siddique or hussain talat who struggle to hit fours and sixes.
Afterall its t20 so it seems logical to me that the franchises should pick players according to the format!!
