Need advice for some software

i am kind of noob. i need a suggestion for a simple and easy free tool/software to shrink/reduce/compress the file size of 1GB or 500mb Video files into 100-200mb files without changing the video quality or sound on PC.

Do you want to compress their quality or want to zip them in small pieces?

7zip is good for zipping them. For compression, there are plenty of free converters around. Just use mp4/wmv/mkv with lower video bitrate/resolution and you will be good to go.

I used paid Adobe Encoder CC last time.

When you compress, you'll lose quality.

There is no software that compresses 80% as you want and still keep it lossless. Depending on your need (where you want to play the video), you may be able to find a software that keeps the quality decent and still reduces 1GB to a few hundred MBs.
