Hi Guyz!

I have just started playing Cock ball cricket nearly for month and would be having a match in month time. I want some good bowling tips i mean to say how to make a good run-up , time for releasing the ball i have good height like almost 6 ft but My batting sucks i need...

But i think i am good fielder i guess,


Any good videos for any tip would be awesome.
