Netflix should make a series on Kite Runner

I liked the movie which was made in 2007 but I think it was quite underwhelming in response to the book which was amazing. The movie had a lot of important elements missing which really made the book what it was like Assef being a blue-eyed blonde, Ali having polio and father's character in the movie was undermined in response to the book. My favourite thing in the movie was how they presented Peshawar in the movie. It looked like they were actually shooting in Peshawar and the Urdu used in the movie albeit in few scenes was way better than what we see in Bollywood where they think that all Pakistanis use words like Janaab whereas in actual, we use bhai sahab as shown in the movie when Amir was in the mosque in Peshawar.

P.S: Whole my life, I thought that Pushto was the main language of Afghanistan but most of this movie was in Dari so the question I would like to ask is which is the most spoken language of Afghanistan? Dari (Persian) or Pushto?
