So few months ago while I was watching Aus vs NZ tests I observed David Warner who usually doesnt wear an arm guard and only wears a wrist band wearing something which was slightly different. It was basically an arm guard in the style of a wrist band or vice versa.

Then in Pak vs Srl as well as Pak vs Bd series I observed the same thing with Babar Azam who also wears a wrist band and never wears and arm guard with the exception of maybe few months after he got a fracture in 2018 Eng tour.
So he was also wearing what David Warner was and I really liked the idea.

Here Shan Masood who wearing the same thing.

I am not sure if others observed it or not but I think its pretty impressive new style which provides protection as well as covers the aesthetics aspect well.
I think its a decent style which not only can continue in tests but can even be an option ODIs with black variation.
