No matter how poorly we perform or how much we cry, things will not change in Pakistan cricket. Few faces will change but the basic problems will never be addressed. Selectors will again select 2nd and 3rd tier players and will never revamp ODI cricket. Ahmed Shehzads and Kamran Akmals will come back. Fawad Alams, Sadaf Hussains will continue to be ignored.

PCB lacks a visionary and energetic leader who can hold people responsible for their decisions. To make things worst our ex cricketers who are also holding key positions does not have very good observation or IQ level. They only make decisions on judgments and do not consider facts and ground realities. This coupled with very ordinary sports anchors who do agenda based reporting and are themselves not very competant, make things more worst.

Despite of soo many failures neither have the cricket board learned, neither ex cricketers nor sports anchors and i do not expect this to change in future and Government is too busy facing opposition

That's a defeatist attitude

I believe we have enough good and smart people who can fix the situation

Well Sarfraz becoming a captain is a good start. If they can make him a captain in Tests all will be fine.
