It's far better than turning a blind eye, which jaahil andhbhakhts like you seem to do all the time. Step out of your bubble for once, visit petrol pumps or LPG stations and see what's actually happening. You seem to be living in a completely different world.This is the exact issue.

There has been a change in the norms as refiners and dealers stopped giving credit to retail outlets which delayed supply in non-state owned petrol bunks. Added to this, the panic driven buying itself creates 2-3X demand to the normal situation which makes the bunks dry early.
If the petrol availability really shrinks, we will know in the future but as of know the situation is panic-driven rather than supply driven. Which exactly brings to the point of narratives.
