Iqbal Qasim was one of the most successful left-arm spinners ever and took 171 Test wickets for Pakistan in 50 Tests at an average of 28.11. He was also one of the most economical Pakistani bowlers ever with an economy of just 2.21. His best Test match figures of 11/118 came in 1980 against Australia at Karachi where he dismissed the likes of Greg Chappell and Allan Border as Pakistan sealed a seven-wicket win.

He's also served as a selector and chief selector for Pakistan with interesting results and frequently commentates on domestic cricket matches nowadays. :iqasim

Saw him once a long time back when he walked past me coming in to bat. An average player in my opinion, nothing special.
